Mason started their journey as a manufacturer of other well-known brands but is transitioning to their own retail label. Owner David Mason wanted to create not only a fully fleshed out digital e-commerce platform but also an in-store retail experience. The goal was to represent the rugged individualism of his home-state of Colorado while offering advanced customization and extended sizes.

• Full branding package including logo, brand guidelines, color palette, and typefaces

• Conducted full user research, user personas, and stories

• Mapped out the full workflow and use cases

• Created the user experience design across platforms and browsers

• Designed a mobile app experience that sent push notifications, SMS text messages as an integration with a CRM to increase sales

•Crafted a full product configurator to custom tailor items of clothing to the customer's needs

We built a custom configurator to help cut down on the costs of returns. With most online retailers seeing 20% of their product come back through the door, optimizing an experience that let’s customers find the right product for their body seemed like an opportunity worth executing.
